1. D2R 2.4 Sorc Cold Skill Changes
Nice Frost Nova boost so the damage is higher at high levels. We will also note the improvements of the different armors so that they are more distinct from each other.
Frost Nova
Increased damage scaling by approximately 25%
Blizzard
Cast Delay no longer shares its cooldown with other skills that have a cast delay
Updated tooltip to show cast time
Frozen Orb
The cast delay no longer shares its recharge time with other skills with an incantation delay
The help box has been updated to show the incantation delay
Frozen Armor
Increase in base duration from 120 to 144 seconds
Shiver Armor
Increase in damage timing by about 25%
Increase in base duration from 120 to 144 seconds
Chilling Armor
Increased damage scaling by approximately 200%
Increased bonus duration per level from 6 to 12 seconds
Increased chilled effect duration bonus per level for levels above 16 from 1 to 2 seconds (to match Armor of Dread)
Increased Base Defense from 45% to 60%
Increased defense bonus per level from 5% to 7%
Increased synergy with Frozen Armor from 7% to 9%
Increased synergy with Chilling Armor from 7% to 9%
2. D2R 2.4 Sorc Lightning Skill Changes
We mainly note the addition of synergies in order to increase the number of viable builds.
Nova
Addition of synergy with Electrostatic field: +5% lightning damage per level
Thunder Storm
Addition of synergy with Electrostatic field: +7% lightning damage per level
Increase in base duration from 32 to 144 seconds
Increase in duration bonus per level from 8 to 24 seconds
The help box has been updated to show the radius
Energy Shield
The help box has been updated to show more information about mana consumed and synergy with Telekinesis
3. D2R 2.4 Sorc Fire Skill Changes
Sorceress doesn't use fire skills very much, so Blizzard decided to buff them up a bit. This is the case of Blaze, which receives several improvements and even a bonus in walking/running speed. Inferno will also be significantly more interesting at first glance. We also note, and this is important, that Hydras should finally be more efficient and easier to use. Blizzard has indeed removed the casting time and lifted the limit on the number of Hydras to summon.
Inferno
Increase in basic damage and staggering by level of about 75% (in order to compensate for the old erroneous damage calculation)
Increased synergy with Chaleur from 13% to 16%
Updated commands so you can use the skill more freely without being locked to a single target at a time
Reduced mana cost from 7 points to 4 mana points per second
Increase in basic reach by 75%
Blaze
Increased damage scaling by approximately 60%
Increased synergy with Heat from 4% to 6%
Removed synergy with Wall of Flames
Now also increases walk/run speed by 2% per level
The tooltip also displays the duration of Blaze
Fire Wall
Cast Delay no longer shares its cooldown with other skills that have a cast delay
Updated tooltip to show cast time
Meteor
Cast Delay no longer shares its cooldown with other skills that have a cast delay
Updated tooltip to show cast time
Hydra
Casting Delay Removed
Limiting the maximum number of Hydra groups to 6
Increased synergy with Fire Blast from +3% to +5%
Increased synergy with Fireball from +3% to +5%
