Josh Maja is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for French club Bordeaux and the Nigeria national team. Due to the great performance in the game, he’s awarded a Moments 93-rated version card. This is Maja’s first special card apart from his 75-rated Team of the Week (TOTW) version. EA has massivelly boosted his stats - Shooting (+27), Pace (+21), Dribbling (+31), and Passing (+36), when compared to Maja’s 66-rated base silver card. It’s by far the most boosted card in the whole FIFA 20 Ultimate Team cycle. Four of his five main stats are over 90-rated and the only one that isn’t is his passing, which is still very good. He’s got incredible 97 pace, 94 shooting, decent 88 passing, 93 dribbling, 57 defense which is mad for a striker and 91 physicality. He’s right footed, he’s 5’11’’, with high/medium work rates, 3-star skill moves, 3-star weak foot which is a little terrible.

This is an absolutely incredible card with pretty insane stats. You could be swayed by that 93 acceleration with 99 sprint speed, 91 at a position, 96 efficient in finishing, 95 shot power, 89 long shots, 81 volleys and penalties 88. His vision and crossing are poor, but that doesn’t matter. 96 short passing with 86 long passing, 99 curve, he’s quite the console would have been nice and with more urgency. He does have 99 balance with 99 reactions and 99 composure. He has 6 new on defense awareness his heading accuracy is 99 and so it’s not bad, it stands out on the slide tackle and even terrible, they are only just below 50. But his 99 strength is pretty decent, 92 stamina is great and 89 jumping is okay. The good thing is he is quite cheap to do and you can link him with quite a few players. For under 100K this card is very good value for money, if you have a cheap side and are looking for an upgrade upfront then Maja is your man!
