EA has released all the Premier League TOTS cards in FIFA 23, who is the best TOTS, which players do you like best? In today’s FIFA guide, we are going to be presenting a tier list for PL Team of the Season 2023, ranking every Premier League TOTS card from worst to best in FIFA 23!

The Premier League TOTS (Team of the Season) is an annual event in FIFA where EA Sports selects a team of the best-performing players from the Premier League during the season. The players are selected based on their in-game performance statistics, with a focus on the top players in key positions. These cards will have significant boosts to key stats like pace, shooting, and defending. Since all the PL TOTS cards have been released in FIFA 23, we made a tier list, ranking each PL TOTS card from worst to best, considering the overall rating, position, price, league/nationality and work rates/skill moves. This tier list may give you some ideas on picking the best TOTS cards for your Ultimate Team!

C Tier PL TOTS Cards FIFA 23

Martin Ødegaard-CM-92-Arsenal: Odegaard is in the C tier because of the 3-star weak foot, does have the 5-stasr skill moves and very nice. As an LCM or a left mid or a 4321 LCM, he's B. If you play him anywhere else, he's probably C just because of the 3-star weak foot for this time of the year.
Zinchenko-LB-92-Arsenal: He is obviously only 59K, 4-star weak foot, 3-star skill moves. He feels kind of weak, but he's still very usable. We are going to end up putting him in C tier.
Kieran Trippier-RB-92-Newcastle Utd: We put him in the C tier because he's super cheap.

B Tier PL TOTS Cards FIFA 23

Bruno Guimaraes-CM-93-Newcastle Utd: We'll put him at the top of B tier, he's fantastic, his interceptions are so good.
Palhinha-CDM-91-Fulham: This card is very good, put him at the top of B tier. You could argue, you could go to the bottom of A tier, we’rem just going to put him at the top of Beats here because of the pace at this time of the year for a center mid, but he's very good. Great interceptions, one of the best cards in the beginning of the game and he's still insanely good in this game. So it's a free card, it's one of the best cards you can get.
Ramsdale-GK-90-Arsenal: He's pretty good, he was making some crazy saves, his reactions seemed to be really good, so put him in B tier.
Harry Kane-ST-95-Spurs: This is going to bother some people because people love Harry Kane in this game, a lot of people have been really enjoying him for the price. He's probably going to be in the B tier. The low B or high C. He's probably deserving to be in B because of the 98 shooting, the 99 finishing on this card is broken, the agility and balance is not that brilliant, but people really do enjoy this card. For the price, you still have to put him in B.
Casimiro-CDM-94-Manchester Utd: Put him in the bottom of B tier. A lot of people are probably packing him and saying he's fodder, but he's pretty similar to Paulina, the pace is 80, 68 agility is not great, but he's going to be super automatic, his defending is really good.
James-RWB-91-Chelsea: Put him in the bottom of B tier due to his 79 shooting. But he’s still good.
Mitoma-LW-92-Brighton: He doesn't have the pace that his card says he has, but also as a center mid you could definitely make the case for Mitoma.
Ollie Watkins-ST-89-Aston Villa: Put him in the C tier, he's not going to be very good. He does have 5-star weak foot, 4-star skill moves. He’s got 95 finishing, 89 acceleration is a little bit low but, 99 sprint speed is very high, 94 agility is good too, that'll make his acceleration feel a bit faster. You would definitely want to give this card something with the acceleration, you might want to do like engine, probably hunter.

A Tier PL TOTS Cards FIFA 23

Saka-RW-93-Arsenal: He is going to be on the top of A tier, he is so freaking good, 5-star weak foot for Saka literally can play in any position. Left Striker and Right Striker, CAM Center Mid with that defending and physical, Left Mid, Right Mid, Saka is amazing in this game.
Ruben Dias-CB-96-Manchester City: He’s probably going to be in the A tier, we really do want to put him in S tier, the only thing that maybe keeps him from being an S tier, we should probably only have one center back there is his acceleration at 80. But he is pretty close to that S tier. Ruben Dias is absolutely incredible for the price, he should probably be a million FIFA coins, he's super automatic, just a crazy card in this game.
Saliba-CB-92-Arsenal: Saliba is also going in A tier, put it in behind Reuben Dias just because he's a little bit less automatic. But what is great about Saliba is we've got flipping up to the side, he’s great on the ball, it feels a little bit better than Dias because Dias has better agility and balance. This promo has brought in some of the best center backs in this game. It's incredible to see so many of the people who are playing this game that are packing center backs are just dropping Lucio, dropping Marquez, dropping the other cards because these center backs are just so good.
Salah-RW-96-Liverpool: Put Salah in A tier as well, we don't think he's S tier with the 3-star weak foot, but very good. He’s worth for 2700K coins, he does have 99 finishing and he's got crazy dribbling, 97 agility, 98 bounce, 99 reactions, he is A tier especially as a wide player. If you're playing him striker, he's B tier for the price.
Gabriel Martinelli-LW-93-Arsenal: This might surprise some of you, we put him in A tier, and the reason he's so good on the wing is he's so fast, that 98 pace is so meta in this game.
Heung Min Son-LW-94-Spurs: He's got the 5-star weak foot, 4-star skills, balance is a little bit low that's probably what keeps him from S tier, but absolutely crazy with the shooting in this game. If you really start to manage to learn how to L2, hold the Shield button while you're receiving the ball with him and then turn and shoot, he's amazing.
Saint-Maximin-LW-91-Newcastle United: We should put him in the A tier, definitely 5-star skill moves, 4-star weak foot, he is insane in FIFA, he's an inexpensive SBC, but Saint-Maximin would actually be really expensive on the market.

S Tier PL TOTS Cards FIFA 23

Haaland-ST-97-Manchester City: He deserves to be in S tier, he's 5-star weak foot. This card is insane, if you pack this card somehow, you are literally so lucky. The thing that you cannot justify just looking on his in-game stats or assume is his animations, Haaland has the most ridiculous animations in this game. When there was the lengthy meta early on, he was so broken, he just runs through people, so he is amazing.
Rashford-LW-95-Manchester Utd: Rashford is in S tier, there's no doubt. He's worth every penny, he looks out of this world good, 7000K coins, he's going up every day, it's crazy. 5-star skills, 4-star week foot, 95 finishing, 99 shot power, 96 agility, 89 strength, 90 stamina, 93 jumping, just an incredible card.
De Bruyne-CM-97-Manchester City: We put him in the S tier, he’s insane in this FIFA, he is so freaking good, 5-star weak foot, and this card actually has the 4 defending and the 1 physical on the Team of the Year. He's also got 99 passing, if you manage to pack this card, he's absolutely outstanding this year, in a 442, 4231, 4321, any formation, Kevin De Bruyne is going to be that guy for you.
Varane-CB-94-Manchester Utd: He’s the best player in this promo, he's the best center back in this game. He is unbelievably good, 90 pace, 95 defending, 93 physical, 86 acceleration, 93 sprint speed. For some reason every FIFA with Varane, he's got 48 balance and he does not feel like he has 48 balance, he feels like he has 80 balance. He’s so insane, put him in the S tier.
