Go with a very desirable goalkeeper in ultimate team this year, it's going to be David Raya from Spain and Arsenal, really good stats there for a starter keeper and he will be quality in the new game.
Pedro Porro (RB): At the right back spot, go with a fellow Spanish player from the Premier League and it's going to be Pedro Porro with overall fantastic stats for him. 82 pace is solid, give him like an anchor chemistry, he'll be amazing in this game at the beginning. So he'll be a good option for you.
Mario Hermoso (CB): Right center back for the squad, we're going to go with Mario Hermoso, 82 defending, 79 physical, solid pace to counter any fast strikers in the game.
Pau Torres (CB): The next starter center back for this squad is going to be a really solid man, Premier League good card, Pau Torres, overall 83 rating, 84 defending and 81 physical, he could be a great pickup for you in your Ultimate Team. The left back spot is very cheap to begin with, it's Adria Pedrosa, 90 pace good overall stats.
Sergi Darder (CM): Then go with Sergi Darder, good at defending, good at going forward, great passing as well, solid dribbling stats, overall a really nice card.
Willock (CM): Then go to the right center mid position which is Willock, this guy might have one of the best starter center mid cards in the whole game, 81 pace, 81 dribbling and in general such a good overall card.
Matheus Nunes (CM): He will be a Man City player, he will be great player, he was really good last FIFA and in the new game he will be another great addition to your team.
Lucia Garcia (RW): 89 pace, 80 shoot, 82 dribbling and a fantastic card considering that 80 rating is slightly ridiculous, you can play as a right wing there as well.
Salma Paralluelo (LW): For the left winger, go with Salma Paralluelo from Barcelona. 93 pace is amazing, she can run really fast in the ground.
Beto (ST): To complete this very overpowered cheap starter team for EA FC 24, we've got to go with a good striker and Everton is a great option, because he’s got 86 pace, 84 physical, 79 shoot with 83 finishing in game. This guy is a fantastic starter striker and he completes 32 chemistry out of 33 and with a manager, he might get to 33.

Left back for the team is going to be another very cool card from Aston Villa, so Alex Moreno, 87 pace there really like his stats coming into the new game and he can play as a wing back as well. That's a solid defense in the early divisions and once you get more coins, you can improve the team. For CDM, go with Bissouma from Spurs, he is seriously going to be in so many Premier League cheap teams to begin with. Matheus there from Man City is going to be really cool card to use in game now. Then Joelinton might have one of the best starter player cards we've seen for years. The stats are great, 88 physical, 82 dribbling, 81 defending, this guy is a great pickup for you in Ultimate Team now. At the CAM spot, go with a player who should be high rated but still for starter teams, Lucas Paqueta. Right striker, go with Isak, the pace is good, shooting in game is great, dribbling is great. To finish the second cheap starter team to use in FC 24 which is Premier League start team, go with another Everton player, it's going to be Danjuma, 86 pace, 81 shot, really good agility in game and that's a great option there alongside Isak. So if you want to build this cheap Premier League team, then go for it.

Left back for the team is going to be a guy who looks unreal to get in any cheap team this FIFA, it's going to be Machado. Then go with left mid Adeyemi, 96 pace there for him, center mid for this team is going to be Kone, 73 pace there as a center mid is great and really good overall card there for him. The right center mid position is another solid guy, right mid is going to be Malen who will be still very affordable, he's not a striker according to footbin. Then go with two very good cheap strikers, Openda, 93 pace there for him as a starting striker in this cheap team, and then Werner as another striker there.

This team is actually ridiculous, this is just amazing in the new Ultimate Team. So go with Mendy, he's been downgraded but still got a nice card. Right Center Back, go with a player by the name of Carmen Menayo there, the Spanish center back, 80 defending and really nice card. For right back, we're going to go with a player Sheila. Left center back, go with a guy who we all need to realize is probably the best starter center back in this game and it's Ibanez, plays in the Saudi Pro League, he is quality. For left back, go with Konan, 81 pace, great overall, solid stats there for him, he has to go there at that spot. Next up is going to be a Fofana, now plays in the Saudi League as well, he can go there left into mid. At the cam position is going to be a guy who's got five star skill moves and looks cracked in this game, Coronado, really nice stats there, 81 pace, decent shooting, good dribbling as well. Right center mid is going to be Paula Fernandez, she's going to be amazing in the EAFC 24. Right wing is Amaiur Sarriegi, she's got 85 finishing which is unbelievable for right wing card, so she goes into that position there. As striker, go with a player by the name of Albert Redondo, really nice stats there, solid cheap player in Ultimate Team. For the left wing, go with Saint-Maximin.

Mac Allister does work well, he's actually a really good option for this team. 82 passing and he's going to be a very good deep center in this squad. Then go with Szoboszlai, 83 pace, 84 passing, shooting's great, that card is fantastic for this game as a cheap starter player. Right mid for the team is going to be David Neres with 5-star skill moves, you might need a skiller starting off in your Ultimate Team Journey, he could be your guy. For the LM, go for a guy who got a few special cards in the last Ultimate Team, it's Galeno with really good pace. Moving on to cam, go with Ricardo Horta, very cool card. To complete the final cheap team, there's only one man for the job, 93 pace, 77 shoot, 86 dribbling is unreal and those stats are fantastic from an 83 rating card, it's Rafa.
