Five small changes in Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR 2.4 could be far-reaching for Diablo 2 ptr 2.4, overall the changes to the Diablo 2 PTR are absolutely amazing and these very small changes are very possible and easy to implement.
After this round of Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR, there is an official indication that they will be taking more feedback that will be implemented before the ladder Reset rolls out, and these five changes are very minor.

1. Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR Patch 2.4 Changes- Mercenaries use
Ax3 mercenaries are able to use sorcerer's orbs and stabs, the reason this is suggested is that in its current state there are really only a few viable options for Diablo 2 swords to deal with these mercenaries, so the spirit and crystal sword spells in Diablo2, if you want sheltered auras, just have a crowd control effect.

Diablo 2 Undead banners for minor resurgence, even barbarians, are unlikely to unleash resistance very often. The same goes for Mercenaries, if one can cast or shoot his temper on Oculus, these are cheaper options. Fathom is a very expensive option, but by putting in an Archer's Temper, which can reach plus 20 lightning damage, plus 20 fire damage for three times the sorcerer's skill, which they already have from Ormus, this would be a way to make them more dynamic, and stabbing in addition to the witch's orb would be very cool, especially being able to use it on a staff Insight, just for meditation, some content creators really like static field procs or enchantment procs and some mercenaries. the damage is non-existent, but it could be cool to be able to use Insight on staff if you can use Insight on staff in D2R and then have the enchantment take effect.

Those with a full inventory of skills and torches and Anne's inventory allow Kane to again identify d2r items in the roger cube. A lot of people like to grab a bunch of Diablo 2 items when they do a pit run throw them in your cube and then go back to town or the next game, talk to Deckard Kane and identify them, this ability is put back into D2R.
3. Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR Patch 2.4 Changes- Fix the mana burn bug
Please fix the Diablo 2 mana burn bug, it currently brings mana down, it's 500 or 600% more mana than it should be, more than it should do, and it can leave you stalled in your orbit with Diablo 2 characters like Whirlwind, which is very frustrating.
The good thing about fixing mana burn is that energy shields and witches could become a meta if you can see things like memory and off if you can see that energy shields for witches like memory and offhand can be up to plus nine.
Memory and offhand witches could get up to plus nine to energy shield and maybe like perfect sapphire Shaco's and the Sojs and just frost weave gloves trying to excuse me frost burn gloves silk weave boots kind of mix the two their Oopsies, but just try to stack as many as possible on the max person before casting energy shield and don't let your life or mana get knocked to the ground instantly.
4. Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR Patch 2.4 Changes- Ability to cast battle orders and battle command
The ability to cast battle orders and battle command when you're in trouble is pretty unimportant in Diablo 2 Resurrected when you're in form, but it does get pretty tedious in the shapeshifted form before casting it back into druid form to boost yourself, and it would be cool to be able to cast it in werewolf or werebear state.
A lot of people may not have a lot of experience with Diablo 2 shape-shifting builds, based on the fact that some variations of these D2R builds are really going to be as damaging to the mall as they are, making their new attack a breakpoint for uninterruptible attacks, which is also going to require some testing.
Some of these slower Diablo 2 weapons such as the ethereal earth shifter with a Zodian, these weapons will now reach a faster breakpoint than before, the shape-shifting is going to be kind of like a sleeper build and indeed in the first round of the PTR they are going to put this in, in the latest patch notes, so please allow in physical health in to cast battle orders in battle command.
5. Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR Patch 2.4 Changes- Mage skeleton necro adjustments
can see mages receiving a damaged energy bonus from blood golem and fire golem exclusively now, many people are very much looking forward to doing a mage skeleton necro, like casting low res and having the mages do massive elemental damage.
The devs are cautious with necro because you already have amp damage, you already have strong skeletons and revives, so just having insane mages on top of like clay golem, your curse which might make necro too powerful, but if you add a damaged synergy, then you have to put 200 points on a blood golem and then 20 points on a fire golem. This would effectively stop necros from putting a lot of other points into things like skeleton mastery and all the other skills like corp explosion making it a ridiculously powerful Diablo 2 resurrected character, so you would be forced to put 40 hardpoints into that two golems to boost your two golems, which would maybe force you to use both guns.
Just adding those damage synergies could be an easy way to force players to put hard points into them, maybe allowing them to use them so they can have a mage neck or army, but avoid having a very powerful necro.
