Today brings you the mistakes you need to avoid in the new world 1.1 or the new world into the void.
What Mistakes Do You Need To Avoid in New World 1.1?
Void gauntlet
The first thing here is about of course the void gauntlet now for those of you that don't know this weapon that scales off both intelligence and focus in that order, and those who aren't aware of how scaling works essentially in new worlds what you have is your first stat.
So your primary stat, your intelligence will be roughly every point is worth 0.9 times that for damage, and then every second point is worth roughly around 0.65 times that for damage. Focus points will be 0.65 times, and then your intelligence will be 0.9 if it's just one stat like, it's just one for one on the strength there, so basically you're going to want intelligence and focus, but what you will notice about the void going, there is it's unique in most of its abilities whereby you have some sort of healing.
Essence rupture
Let's take for example essence rupture where the third upgrade here, says friendlies within four meters of the afflicted target are healed for eighty percent of your weapon damage when the essence rupture ends, and this skills exclusively with the focus now for quite a few of the abilities or at least the upgrades.
Of course the passives on both of the trees here for the void gauntlet, you will see that it says, it scales solely off focus, so although intelligence is very important, it's also going to be important, if you are trying to get some of that healing down that you do scale, your focus and naturally you probably have this, with the healing staff and high focus build, if you are trying to heal anyway, but just as a heads up for those who are trying to do a hybrid damage healing class.
Extra sort of bonus
You do need the focus as well to be able to get the most out of these abilities now, as an extra sort of bonus here, you will know now that the equipped loads haven't changed, so, when you are in the heavy category, you don't get any bonus light has now gone up to 30 bonus for the light category to healing and medium is now, a 15 bonus to healing when you're in that heavy is not anything below that but technically you're losing out on 15 or 30 healing.
It is the worst as it were, but of course, you do have higher resistances, so it's a kind of a game of weighing scales there would you like to play heavy and have higher resistances or play medium or light and have that better healing efficacy.
Of course, this is pretty fast, if you do a dodge or any sort of combat thing you'll notice that that disappears, and you do then have to run on it again, for another three seconds whilst the combat ends, and then you get back into the swing of it, and it re-enables, it's the same if you draw your weapon attack anything like that the sprint bonus does end until you've been running on the road without being in combat for a certain amount of time as well.
Dodge and weave
You don't want to be doing anything like that so obviously dodge rolling and all that kind of stuff, if you want the 10 boosts, it's not worth it but of course what you will be aware of most of you that have played. This will know that you do get this perk here which is called dodge and weave, which is where after you dodge you gain 10 haste for two seconds now.
This is the same as the boost that you are getting on the roads, but with the ability, if you've got light armor to be able to dodge roll forward, and then get it and dodge all forward continuously.
Most of the community, he's still faster to dodge roll with either the musket or the boat with the dodge and weave perk on, so it's entirely up to you what you prefer to do there, but it just means the rest of us do have a little bit of a chance to get places faster which is nice as well, new world coins will help you make a good performance.
Flag for PVP
Now the next thing here is to always flag for PVP when gathering or really when doing anything in the new world now, as particularly when you hit level 60, it's a no-brainer you get plus 10 loot to look bonus which means any loot you get is 10 chance of being better, and then you also have a 30 gathering look bonus, so if you're out in the wilderness you flagged for PVP like.
Right now whenever you're gathering things like trees, you're going to be gathering iron star Mel, whatever it is or you're going to be gathering skin in you have a better chance to get that rare item drops by a 30 percent increase to gather in luck whilst you're flagged up which is ridiculously good, very needed, and of course brings a whole new risk slash reward type thing to the game, enjoy more a lot about the game now, you see a lot more players flagged up, you can have little skirmishes, even if you don't hunt each other down you know if you're trying to both go for the iron, you have a little skirmish about the iron whoever gets the most damage out, the other person tends to either run off or you kill them.
And then you can get the iron or whatever, and it's kind of a fun little aspect that risk versus reward aspect is coming more into the new world now which like and for those of you players that are saying well that's not fair to those that like PvE.
Choose to flag
Only you can't do this without you still getting the look values that you had previously, it's just a boost to that look values, if you do choose to flag now, so that then obviously there's a little bit more reward for it.
Now the next thing here is that there is no longer a bug with 250 strength for those of you that weren't aware before you couldn't dodge drill after you got it.
Some people were saying it decreased damage all kinds of other stuff, this has all been fixed, so if you do want to play a strength build, switch back to after leveling up.
Currently doing this will be a lot better and right now with the buffs to the Warhammer and the great axe is as good a time as any to be playing that bruiser role and to be honest, it's looking pretty powerful.
Outpost rush
The next thing here is regarding outpost rush, and it's the battle bred food is now, only plus five percent to attack in defense when it was plus 15 before now, obviously, it's a no-brainer, it's still very good getting plus five to attacking defense, you might as well have it than not have it, but do be aware you're not quite as tanky, you're not doing quite as much damage just from that food now, also killing the baroness now gives a 15 damage reduction instead of the 25.
So less full sending straight after the baron kill please, because obviously you will take a lot more damage than you were previously, and of course the commander tent buffs now do damage, and defense buffs are three percent six percent, and nine percent depending on the tier and level that you've got it.
Up to as opposed to what they were before and again that's the damage and defense, so you are still going to be getting a big buff, whilst you're in there with all these things combined, but not quite the ridiculous tanky level and damage levels that were seen before.
So do bear that in mind, you will be dying a little bit quicker in that bit of content there as well in terms of the invasions, then here the spriggan a lot will be aware of most of you that have played. Buy new world coins at utplay.com, constant delivery, and fast deal!
