1. Chainlink Flail
Starting at the number one, Chainlink Flail is a flail-type weapon and it does have innate bleed on it, blood loss buildup of 50 by default. In order to use it, this has a strength requirement of 18, a dexterity requirement of 12, and primary scaling of C in strength and E in dexterity. You can put your own Ashes of War to customize it, if you throw on the blood affinity on the weapon, you can then boost that blood loss buildup, you can also put in other things if you want a combination of frost and bleed, whatever either way you want to go, this flail is a great bleed weapon to pick.
How to get Chainlink Flail? Head over to the Altus Plateau and turn your attention to the Road of Iniquity Side Path site of grace, if you have not unlocked this one, you can then go to the Bridge Of Iniquity and then go backward. Pay attention to this pathway, when you head down, there is a carriage being pulled and you want to turn your attention to the Pumpkin Heads wielding this weapon. Simply kill him and he has a chance to drop it, if he does not drop it, you can also go and run from this location over here, drop off the cliff and there is a second pumpkin head sitting down on the floor, you can kill two of these for two chances at the flail. And if it doesn't work, you can simply go back to the site of grace and start again.
2. Forked Greatsword
Forked Greatsword is a Greatsword-style weapon focused on bleed, it has one of the most distinctive looks in Elden Ring. Comes with 55 blood loss buildup, it has a strength requirement of 14 and a dexterity requirement of 16, it has a balance scaling of D in strength and D in dexterity. This is a weapon that you could get soon.

This one is incredibly easy to farm, the actual route you have to take is super fast, from the site of grade, run the stairs and the import literally comes running towards you, you can just swing your sword and kill it, there is a chance to drop the Greatsword. But it might be not available in the first kill, then you have to repeat the cycle until you get the drop.
3. Vulgar Militia Saw
The next bleed weapon worth getting in Elden Ring is the Vulgar Militia Saw, this is a Halberd, the design for this is basically a saw on the end of a stick. Similar to other options on the list, it causes 55 blood loss buildup. If you get two of these and you power stance them, they do have a pretty nice move set and they are actually pretty potent, if you do run two of these with blood loss on them and you do throw on the bleed affinity to bolster that, then you can actually get some really nice damage out of these things.

If you want to get it, you need to go over to the Farum Greatbridge site of grace, kill the enemies wielding this weapon near the Bestial Sanctum in Greyoll's Dragonbarrow, you will notice that some of them wield this weapon, you don't need to kill all of them, you simply need to find the ones that actually have this.

This is a scythe-type weapon with 55 blood loss buildup, requires 17 strength and 13 dexterity. If you power stance these ones, they also have a very nice move set, they have a very potent powerful jump attack as well, so if you do take these ones and either you scale them accordingly or you switch them over to occult, and you take full advantage of the arcane scaling, these can be very nice.
How to get Grave Scythe? What you need to do is turn your attention to the Lake-Facing Cliffs site of grace and then from there simply run on the hill to the little sort of graveyard, and there will be three skeletons that spawn, they all wield this weapon.
