In the last trade deadline, the NBA changed a lot, a lot of NBA teams got a lot better. It's hard to tell who's the best teams in the NBA 2K23. So today we average out the 10 best teams, best talented players, by getting 10 best players on their team and averaging out the rating. So the teams that have the highest rating have the best time in the NBA 2K23 and should be very good.

Top 10 - Cleveland Cavaliers (80.4)

This is an 80.4 average rating, when your team is averaging 80 overall, it's always a good sign. Donovan Mitchell is still putting up 40 point games to, he's just playing such a good offensive game. Darius Garland was already a great offensive player, you have a great playmaker, a great bucket like Donovan Mitchell with good defenders like Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. It's just like a recipe for success, your bench is pretty good with Caris Levert who can get buckets, and then even though Kevin Love is starting to struggle a little bit and Isaac Okoro, they can still have good moments. The Cleveland Cavaliers are one of the best teams in the NBA 2K23, it is the 10th best team in the league. They're a very good roster and that they're borderline good enough to win a chip, they would just have to play really well, but it looks like a good team. They have a lot of potential and deserving at number 10.

Top 9 NBA 2K23 Team after Trade Deadline - Denver Nuggets (80.7)

Outside of Nicole Jokic just team is not extremely talented, Jamal Murray’s probably go higher rating wise and we know how good he is, and Aaron Gordon's been having a good year. But the star of the show is Jokic, he's averaging a triple double as a center, the efficiency he's putting up is insane, there's a reason they're winning is because of Jokic's success. But Michael Porter Jr was inconsistent, Thomas Bryant was just added to the team. You have good role players like Bruce Brown and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. But in terms of that clear number two All-Star to Superstar level which like almost every single good team has, the Nuggets are one of the weaker ones. Jamal Murray's been in 84 overall almost the entire year, but he's not that 90 overall number two option like most teams have, so because of that the nuggets are down here at number 9.

Top 8 Team in NBA 2K23 after Trade Deadline - New Orleans Pelicans (81)

Zion Williamson's been hurt for most of the year, but assuming healthy, Zion Williamson has been amazing when he was playing the beginning of the year. Brandon Ingram is good with healthy, CJ Mccollum, all those had an inconsistent year. Jonas Valanciunas has been good. The bench is very solid, Herbert Jones, Trey Murphy, Marshall, we have Larry Nance Jr, we have Josh Richardson who they just acquired, Jose Alvarado, so much talent. So this team has been holding on is it a shame because Zion's been hurt, so we haven't been able to see how good this team is, but this team was expected to be good for the entire year. Now it's a little different because of injuries, but if Zion comes back healthy, we should expect this team to be a pretty solid team.

Top 7 Best Team after Trade Deadline - Golden State Warriors (81.1)

This is another team that's not been playing to their expectations now, it's because of either Steph Curry's been injured or someone else has been injured. But Steph Curry is one of the best players in basketball and you still have a really good rest of the team of Klay Thompson who's a lights out shooter, Jordan Poole who can create shots, Andrew Wiggins who could defend. The backbone of the team is maybe the Draymond Green, an elite defender. You have Kavon Looney, a solid center and then the Divincenzo, you just had Gary Payton II, even though he's probably hurt. Jonathan Kuminga, you have Joe Michael Green. So much talent, the starting lineup is elite, this team can win an NBA championship when everyone's healthy.

Top 6 - Chicago Bulls (81.5)

Giannis Antetokounmpo is arguably the best player in basketball right now. Jrue Holiday's been having himself an amazing season, amazing defense, good scoring. Khris Middleton is starting to find it again and is scoring a lot more lately. They've been coming off the bench to help him get that confidence again and he's doing well. Brook Lopez was having a defensive player of the year season, you have Bobby Portis JR win healthy, scoring a lot of points. And then Grayson Allen, Javon Carter, Joe Ingles, Jae Crowder, Pat Connaughton, so many good players on the bench. This is also an NBA championship winning team when healthy. But it’s a shame Khris Middleton's been either hurt or playing poorly. But when he's on, this team is not only a great team that can win a championship, but borderline favorites.

Top 5 - Memphis Grizzlies (81.6)

John Morant is at 97 overall, Jaren Jackson Jr is looking like defensive player of the year 87 overall. Desmond Bane has been an elite shooter all year, Steven Adams with healthy was having a really good center year. You have Dillon Brooks in the 80 overall, Tyus Jones in the 80 overall, Brandon Clarke's been having a good year. Aldama has been amazing, you have so many players almost in the 80 overall club, probably the highest in the NBA, it's pretty close, all on top of Ja Morant’s being a borderline superstar. It's a good defensive team, it's a good offense team. It’s really a great championship team in NBA 2K23.

Top 4 - Philadelphia 76ers (81.6)

They have it all, the defense, the offense, the star power, you have Joel Embiid, arguably best playing the NBA at least MVP wise. You have James Harden who's having an amazing playmaking season, has really stepped it up again. You have Tyrese Maxey, you have Tobias Harris playing decent, you have Shake Milton’s playing good, De’anthony Melton’s playing good, such a deep roster, superstars, defense. Writing is all over the wall for them to win a championship right now.

Top 3 - Phoenix Suns (81.7)

Kevin Durant went healthy, 96 overall, you have Devin Booker already good, you have Chris Paul who's had a pretty bad year, it's still an 86 overall. DeAndre Ayton is probably should be going up rating wise. This team's going to be even better than expected. T.J. Warren 80 overall, you still have Craig, Damion Lee, Terrence Ross was added onto the team apparently, Bazley. The thing about this team is that the rest of the team besides their starters is pretty rough. They've kind of lost their depth, but their starters are so good, that it kind of doesn't matter and they have him as a third best team in the NBA 2K23. We can expect them to be a strong contender for an NBA 2K23 championship.

Top 2 - Boston Celtics (81.9)

We have Jason Tatum 95 overall, turning into a superstar this year. Jaylen Brown enters the 90 overall, you have Robert Williams III, an amazing defender with 85 overall. Brogden with 83 overall, Al Horford with 79, Derrick White, even though he's a 78, he’s been playing like an 83. You have Marcus Smart who is defensive player of the year when healthy. You have Griffin’s off the bench, you have Grant Williams off the bench, Peyton Pritchard who doesn't really get minutes. You have so much talent, you have the Superstar, you have the All-Stars, the Borderlines Superstar, you have defenders, you have depth, this is screaming NBA championships.

The Lakers have talent, when healthy, you have LeBron James and Anthony Davis on your team, you also have D'Angelo Russell 83 overall now on the Lakers, you have Jarred Vanderbilt 80 overall player great rebounder, we have Hachimura who’s solid. We have Austin Reeves, we have Mo Bamba, we have Dennis Schroeder, Lonnie Walker who was an 80 overall this year. You have Malik Beasley who's won an elite three-point shooter. So much talent, the Lakers have absolutely turned their season around, now can they actually make the play and then stay healthy.
