How to Get the Searing Accusation in LotF?

To obtain the Searing Accusation, you need to help the Tortured Prisoner, who is trapped behind a locked cell. Here are the steps to free the Tortured Prisoner and acquire the Searing Accusation :

  • Locate the Tortured Prisoner: The Tortured Prisoner is located at Skyrest Bridge. To access her location, you need to obtain the Skyrest Bridge Key and unlock the area where she is imprisoned.

  • Find the Searing Accusation: Once you have unlocked the door to the Tortured Prisoner's cell, proceed across the bridge and take the stairs on the left side all the way up. At the top, you will find the Tortured Prisoner in a cell to your right. Interact with her, and she will need your help.

  • Unlock the Searing Accusation: The Searing Accusation is locked away by an Umbral entity. To unlock it, you need to interact with three Soulflay items. These items can be found in the same area where the Tortured Prisoner is located.

Soulflay Item #1: After leaving the Tortured Prisoner's cell, return to the stairs and continue until you reach an open space to your left. Jump to the center where there are some statues, and you will find the first Soulflay item behind those statues.

Soulflay Item #2: Descend from the statues back to the stairs and continue downward until you reach the bridge. On the left side of the bridge, activate a Soulflay item to bring a platform. Drop down onto the platform and turn around to locate the second required Soulflay item.

Soulflay Item #3: After turning back, use the Soulflay item to reach the ladder in front of you. Climb the ladder and find another ladder to your right. At the top of this second ladder, you will see the Umbral entity and the last required Soulflay item.

  • Free the Tortured Prisoner: Soulflay the final item to dispel the Umbral entity and gain access to the room it was guarding. Inside, you will find an Umbral belly. Soulfly it to obtain the Searing Accusation.

Once you have the Searing Accusation, return to the Tortured Prisoner and interact with her. You will have the option to hand over the Searing Accusation, and she will express her gratitude for your assistance.

How to Use the Searing Accusation?

Free the Tortured Prisoner: After obtaining the Searing Accusation, go back up the stairs and talk to the tortured prisoner. You'll get the option to give them Searing Accusation. Once you've given the item to the prisoner, rest at the Vestige, and return to find their cell open with them gone.

Meet the Freed Prisoner: You can find the freed prisoner outside Pieta’s boss arena where they serve as an inferno merchant. If you have the Giant Eye from beating the Spurned Progeny, you'll get a prompt to hand it over. If you do, you'll get more dialog and you'll get the item Searing Accusation back.

Remember, when you give the prisoner the Searing Accusation, it will remove it from your inventory, so only give it to them when you're ready to part with it. With this guide, you should be able to locate, obtain, and use the Searing Accusation effectively in "Lords of the Fallen." Happy gaming!
