All enemies gain 2% more health and 1% more damage
Endgame
Enemies health and damage buffed above 60, 5% at 80 and 25% at 100
Monoliths
Enemy power comes from Corruption not Modifiers
That means the later content will always be difficult
You can’t make it easy by cherry picking modifiers
Many blessings were buffed, some are unchanged, and armor, spell leech and throwing leech got nerfed
Corruption scales much faster now and it slightly raises the chance for legendary potential
TLDR math says speed farm what’s comfortable and don’t do the highest corruption possible
Normalized monolith density
5% more in regular monoliths
Monolith mods are now static and their max duration was cut in half
Some of the most punishing mods are now lower to compensate
Dungeons & Arena
Mods were lowered in T3 and T4 to compensate for making all endgame enemies more difficult
Dungeons - Bosses will be the same difficulty, but the earlier parts of the dungeon will be harder
T1 dungeons will be a lot easier
Arena - The mods weren’t lowered as much, so it will be a lot harder
The scaling is changed so it’s much harder to climb
Good thing so you don’t spend 8 hours climbing to level 3000

Parry
New Defensive mechanic
Can block all damage except ailments
Skills and Passives
Many skills and passives have changed up or down
The most powerful ones have been nerfed
Shadow Daggers down ~30%
Squirrels down ~38%
Hydrahedron down… idk a lot
Lich infinite volatile zombies corrected
You get the idea
Dog$#@! Skills like ballista were buffed
Uniques were adjusted as well
Some base items have been changed and/or added
Mostly impacts speedrunners
Example: Kris’s CSM went down, a popular speedrunning weapon
Ranged monsters now move between attacks
Looked stupid before, now looks like a fight
For most builds should make fighting them easier
