Elden Ring Intelligence Strength Build Endgame - Best Elden Ring Frost Mage Spells, Weapons, Staff & More
This is an endgame Elden Ring Frost Mage (Intelligence Strength) build by NorZZa. It is focusing on the frost damage and tries to trigger the frostbite effect on enemies, because frostbite status when triggered will deal an immediate amount of damage to the enemy, and then the effect will linger causing the enemy to take increased damage during its duration. This build uses Dark Moon Greatsword with Moonlight Greatsword, it adds frost effects to your weapon, and you can charge heavy attacks that deal a ranged projectile wave that does very solid damage. It also has a higher chance of staggering enemies. You've got a really good melee option with the Dark Moon Greatsword that you can follow up and deal damage in the melee range or you can stay in range distance and deal damage with these ice spells. When playing this build in Elden Ring, you want to make sure you are setting up before any of those big boss fights or big encounters that you foresee, make sure you are casting the Moonlight Greatsword first, even just before you enter the boss arena, because it will last about 60 seconds. You should be buffing your magic damage and charge attacks with your Physick flash, it’s good to use that as the entrance to most boss fights.

Gear (Best Weapons and Talismans for Elden Ring Frost Mage)
For the Frost Mage gear, Snow Witch is used to boosting the cold sorceries, you can also use Haima Glintstone Crown, which gives you a little bit of strength and endurance at the cost of some of your FP. Wear whatever armor has the best physical and resistance that you can get. The Carian Regal Scepter is a great staff that has a really good source for scaling, it requires 60 intelligence. For best talismans for the Elden Ring Frost Mage build, Godfrey Icon is used to increase the damage of charged attacks, Radagon Icon can reduce the casting time of spells, you want to get those spells off as quick as possible so you can go back to attacking or dodging. Carian Filigreed Crest is also great for this build, which reduces the cost of your Ash of Wars by 25%. Lastly, you could use the Green Turtle Talisman to increase your stamina recovery speed, and you can get that very early in the game.
Helm: Snow Witch Hat
Head: Haima Glintstone Crown
Weapon: Dark Moon Greatsword (Greatsword), Carian Regal Scepter (Glintstone Staff)

Sorcery Spells (Best Spells for Elden Ring Frost Mage)
1. Adula's Moonblade: the first spell for the mage build is Adula's Moonblade, this is sorcery that you would mostly use on some of the larger bosses because you can actually hit enemies with the blade itself and the frost wave as well, you can deal heaps of damage with this attack.
2. Glintstone Icecrag: sorcery fires a mass of cold magic from glintstone, it’s not the greatest spell, it doesn’t have a good range, it does deal decent damage and it does a little bit more damage when you are wearing the Snow Witch helm, which boosts cold sorceries. It does deal less damage but has much better range and since the recent patch, its FP cost isn't so high, so it's a better spell to actually use. Glintstone Icecrag comes from Preceptor Seluvis for 7500 Elden Ring runes at Seluvis's Rise.
3. Greatblade Phalanx: this can be used to deal a little bit of damage, but mostly for the staggering potential that id does have, if you combine this with the Moonlight Greatsword heavy attack, you should be able to stagger most enemies with a couple of waves, and then you can follow up with critical hits. The sorcery comes from Cuckoo's Evergaol, which is dropped by Bols, Carian Knight.
4. Zamor Ice Storm: this is an AOE spell that can be charged, which fits perfectly for this build that is going to use lots of charge attacks, and the Godfrey Icon buffs the charged damage, so it works well, with the plus of the frostbite damage increase. It is great to clear out enemies and you can charge this up to make it last longer and the AOE effect become wider. This spell comes from the Zamor Ruins in the Mountaintops of the Giants, so it might take you a little bit to get this.
5. Loretta’s Greatbow: this is also a great spell for the really long-range times when you need to deal damage, you can get that in the Caria Manor, and dropped by Royal Knight Loretta.
